Counseling & Consulting

EnvisionU is a self-pay & out-of-network counseling & consulting service. A superbill is provided monthly for any therapy services provided. Individuals who are seeking therapy services can request to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The reimbursement will be based off of the coverage percentage allowed. 

In addition to self-pay, HSA or Flex spending accounts can be used to pay for sessions as well.

It is important to contact your insurance company to get more details about your out-of-network claims before inquiring about services.

  • Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
  • Is there a separate deductible for mental health?
  • What is the allowable amount per session?
  • What is the percentage of reimbursement per session?
  • Is there a limited amount of sessions per year?

  • 75 minute Individual Assessment - $185
  • 75 minute Couples Assessment - $185
